These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Webvarad Solutions’ website, products, and services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Webvarad Solutions provides technology services including custom software development, mobile and web application development, CRM solutions, ERP solutions, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing services, API integrations, cloud solutions, and WhatsApp Business Platform integrations.
If Webvarad provides WhatsApp Business Platform integration, messaging automation, CRM integration, or related services, the client remains responsible for message content, user consent, opt-in records, template approvals, and compliance with Meta and WhatsApp rules.
Webvarad may suspend or restrict services if misuse, spam, illegal activity, or policy violation is detected.
Fees, payment milestones, support charges, subscription fees, and maintenance charges shall be governed by the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Webvarad retains ownership of its reusable frameworks, libraries, templates, methods, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property. Client-specific deliverables and ownership terms will be governed by the applicable project agreement.
Client data uploaded or processed through our systems remains the property of the respective client. Webvarad processes such data only for service delivery, support, maintenance, security, and agreed business purposes.
We strive to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, hosting issues, or events beyond our control may affect service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webvarad shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the affected service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to protect confidential business, technical, financial, and customer information shared during the course of engagement.
Webvarad may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated, payment remains overdue, misuse is detected, or legal compliance requires it.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
